Printarium ("we", "us", "our") is a creative studio based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, offering 3D printing, 3D scanning, design, hand painting, and pottery tools and design. For the purposes of POPIA, Printarium is the responsible party for the personal information described in this policy.

• Payment reference details if you pay us by EFT. We do not collect or store card details.

This website does not have user accounts, login systems, or contact forms, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
• Design, make, and deliver the work you ask us for.
• Communicate with you about your order or project.

We only share personal information where it is necessary to complete your order, for example providing your name, phone number, and address to a courier service for delivery. Any third party we use is required to protect your information.

5. Third-party services on this website

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit. Our website hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes. Links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Cults3D, Creality Cloud) take you to platforms with their own privacy policies.

We keep enquiry messages and order information only for as long as needed to complete your project and meet our legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
